Our transportable offices and guest bedrooms are fully engineered to satisfy the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and manufactured to meet Australian Standards. We use galvanised steel instead of timber or wood for our C-section portal frames, purlins, and girts. This makes the product sturdy and durable. The galvanised steel is all G450 to G550 high tensile steel and meets Australian Standards. We can powder coat the steel to match the Colorbond roofing sheets or be a contrasting colour.

Our installation waiting period is 17 weeks from council approval. We understand you want your transportable office or guest room installed quickly. For this reason, we don’t make our customers wait unnecessarily, and our installation lead time is always written on our contracts.
